Champions control and coordinate the roll-out of the lean philosophy within the enterprise. They select, evaluate and prioritize projects, and take care of resource planning in coordination with corporate management and project sponsors for implementing DMAIC projects.
Sponsors are line managers and make use of the potential of the educated Green Belts and Black Belts to develop their corporate division and promote it economically. They select e.g. their own employees und have them developed using Lean & Six Sigma method training to so-called Belts.

It is mandatory to complete a written test to obtain certification. The test is conducted according to international rules (DIN EN ISO 17024).
We follow the standards of the ASQ (American Society for Quality) and the LEAN Association.
You will be certified by a university or another authorized certifying organization.
